Terms of Use

This is a community-made companion built by RN members, for RN members - a convenient way to discover events, sign up to help run them, and keep the community engaged. It is not an official PA or grassroots communication channel, and it doesn't replace the existing manual processes, approvals, or usual channels the committee already uses. See our About & Boundaries page for more on what this is and isn't.

The public events site is open to everyone. The Hub, Events, and Outreach tools are for Tampines East Zone 4 volunteers - access is granted by the committee, typically after an access request is reviewed and approved.

• Use your own real name and contact details - accounts are for individual volunteers, not shared or anonymous use.
• Keep your password confidential, and let us know if you think your account has been accessed without your permission.
• Keep your profile information reasonably up to date.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform to harass, misrepresent, or share inappropriate content about another member or volunteer.
• Attempt to access another member's account or data you're not authorised to see.
• Scrape, automate, or bulk-extract data from the platform.
• Use event, task, or visit-notes fields to record personal data about someone else beyond what's reasonably needed for that event or visit.

Task comments, event feedback, visit notes, and similar free-text fields are your responsibility - please keep them factual, relevant, and respectful. The committee may remove content or restrict access for anyone who misuses these features.

This is a volunteer-maintained community tool, run on a best-effort basis. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and features may change, be added, or be discontinued as the platform evolves.

The committee may suspend or remove access for anyone who breaches these terms, misuses the platform, or is no longer an active volunteer. You can also ask us to close your account at any time - see our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data when you do.

We may update these terms as the platform changes. Continuing to use the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
