    For registered residents only.

  2. 7:30 PM – 8:00 PMWelcome & lantern hand-out· Tampines Festival Park

    Brief welcome by organiser; distribute lanterns, & LED lights.

  3. 7:40 PM – 8:15 PMLantern walk around the vicinity· Tampines Festival Park

    Guided procession around the park / Blk 254 area; marshals front & back.

  4. 8:15 PM – 8:45 PMLantern riddles & games· Tampines Festival Park

    猜灯谜 riddle station plus simple games for families.

  5. 8:45 PM – 8:55 PMMooncake giveaway· Tampines Festival Park

    Hand out mooncakes at the return point; count against headcount.

  6. 8:55 PM – 9:00 PMClosing & group photo· Tampines Festival Park

    Closing remarks & thanks, group photo, safe dispersal by 9:00 PM.
